Through its partnerships with leading Personal Video Recorder and PC TV tuner card manufacturers, TitanTV provides you with the ability to watch and record TV on your PC. TitanTV is the first online television program guide to offer this convenient functionality that allows members to gain more control over their TV viewing experience.

Select any of your favorite TV shows from TitanTV's program grid or search results and you can instantly schedule your Personal Video Recorder (PVR) to record it for you. To watch TV programs on your PC, simply visit TitanTV when your favorite program is airing and find it on the program grid. You can click on the Watch Now icon and it will automatically launch your viewer displaying the show in progress.

Clicking the PVR or Watch Now icons on TitanTV eliminates the need to manually enter program title or time-TitanTV automatically sends all of that information to your PVR scheduler and PC-TV card for you.

Recording and watching your favorite shows is easy! Just install PVR software and/or a PC TV tuner card on your PC from one of the participating companies (see table below). Make sure that you have a means by which to receive TV connected to your PC (broadcast antenna, cable or satellite). Then sign up as a member with TitanTV and look for the PVR and Watch Now icons next to the program you want to record or watch.

You can also click to record or watch from the program details pop-up. The program details pop-up also presents any additional icons such as Burn to DVD and Remote Schedule (if your PVR has those capabilities, see table below).

Burn to DVD
Some PVR partners have integrated Burn to DVD ability from TitanTV. With the click of an icon in the program details pop-up, you can schedule to have your program to burn to a DVD. This would allow the playback of your recorded show on a DVD player and in your living room on a big screen. In addition, this feature would allow you to have a hard-copy of your favorite programs.

Remote Schedule
Other PVR products include a Remote Scheduling feature. This allows the recording of a program by a PVR-equipped computer to be scheduled using another computer at a different location. For example, this convenient feature would allow you to select a program to record on your home computer from the computer at your office.

If after signing up for TitanTV, you do not see these icons on your grid, please click on the Account menu and then selected "Edit PVR Tuner Devices". You can then choose which PVR/PC TV tuner product you have and TitanTV will add the appropriate icons to your grid.
